Cliff has a solid technical and practical understanding of structural restoration engineering and is a strong communicator. He takes the time to understand a client’s needs and delivers to meet their requirements. He bridges gaps if there are challenges during construction, taking a fair but firm approach to finding solutions.
Cliff demonstrates a practical and theoretical talent for a wide range of challenging and complex projects. He is involved in various large and small scale rehabilitation and retrofit projects, including structural reviews, rehabilitations and capital planning projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. He implements ideas and proven processes efficiently and has the knowledge and experience to know when and where to apply what he has learned. Clients value his approach and view Cliff as a trusted advisor when any need for their buildings arises.
He graduated from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO). He has completed the Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) Certified Construction Contract Administrator Levels 1 and 2 and PSMJ Project Management Boot Camp.
