Crystal's determination and professionalism have always been vital facets of her work. She demonstrates personal integrity and inspires others to do the same. Working closely with the project team, Crystal draws on her strong technical knowledge of buildings and project management skills to meet clients' needs. In recognition of how she distinguished herself and demonstrated leadership, Crystal received the Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of British Columbia Professional Leadership Award for Women in Technology.

With progressive experience in construction, consulting engineering, and project management, Crystal brings depth and practicality to her projects. She leverages her knowledge for prime consulting, building envelope renewals, and new construction projects in the Lower Mainland and Okanagan. She has been a crucial part of many of the largest prime consulting and building science projects in British Columbia, including the evaluation, restoration, and design of various buildings, preparation and coordination of design and contract documents, contract administration, and commissioning of building envelope systems.

Crystal studied building science in the Architectural and Building Technology program at BCIT, graduating as an Applied Science Technologist. She continued her studies, completing a Bachelor of Technology with Distinction in Construction Management, a Project Management PMP certificate, and various Contract Administration CCCA courses. She also passed the LEED accreditation exam. She is a member of the British Columbia Building Envelope Council, Applied Science Technologists and Technicians (ASTTBC), and Construction Specifications Canada.
