Stephen applies his core understanding of rehabilitation methods to think through complex problems and develop practical, effective, and durable solutions that meet his clients’ needs. Stephen effectively communicates the ‘why’ and ‘how’ to clients and colleagues and is dedicated to seeing his restoration solutions understood and implemented correctly. Clients and colleagues value his work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to seeing his projects through from start to finish.
He is active in investigating and rehabilitating normally-reinforced, precast, and post-tensioned concrete structures, structural steel structures, and exterior site services such as on-grade asphalt pavement and landscaped decks. He has managed many large and small restoration projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including complete slab replacements, parking garage and garage roof slab (podium deck) rehabilitations, balcony rehabilitations, below-grade waterproofing, and asphalt pavement rehabilitations.
Stephen graduated from Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO). He has completed the Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) Certified Construction Contract Administrator Levels 1 and 2 and PSMJ Project Management Boot Camp.
