Alana Redding

Alana listens to clients’ needs and brings clever ideas to solve problems and manage risk. She is calm, thoughtful and considerate, traits that are valued by colleagues and clients alike. She is active in her mentorship and development of others, guiding those who work with her to further not only their technical skills, but communication skills as well.

Alana takes a broad view of structure, considering how it interacts and supports other building systems, designing with sustainability and future flexibility in mind. Alana’s work includes many user specific buildings. Her projects include the stunning $1.3B Calgary International Airport International Facilities Project, Remington YMCA at Quarry Park, and the Calgary Zoo’s Penguin Plunge.

She is a graduate of the University of Calgary and a LEED Accredited Professional, active within industry and her community.
