Barb is respected for her work ethic, organizational skills and ability to identify the requirements of the firm. Her dedication and professionalism is continually demonstrated in her work. An experienced manager, Barb’s skillset spans organizational behavior, marketing, sales and compliance. In all areas, Barb works to advance RJC.

She is responsible for the ongoing development and management of vital corporate programs, such as corporate meetings and conferences, travel, risk management, knowledge management strategy, security clearance, procurement, insurance and is the liaison for shareholder and corporate governance. Barb leads her team to keep abreast of current regulations and best practices across Canada to ensure that RJC is compliant, forward thinking, and providing value to team members and clients.

Barb is a graduate of the British Columbia Institute of Technology (Business, Management, Marketing and Related Support Services) and Kwantlen Polytechnic University (Canadian Studies). She is fluent in English, Czech, and French, proficient in Spanish, conversational in German and has a working understanding of Portuguese, Slovak, Serbo-Croat, Polish and Italian.
