As Leader, Human Resources of the RJC National Human Resources team, Brian is responsible for establishing and directing a full range of HR services including compensation, benefits, organizational effectiveness and design, performance management, policy interpretation and application, and employee relations consulting services. Brian has a reputation as an impactful, pragmatic HR leader with progressive experience across the airline and hospitality space. Experienced in managing HR operations for growing and restructuring high-growth companies.

Brian achieved his Master’s in Leadership from Royal Roads University in Victoria after completing an undergraduate in Human Resources in Saskatchewan. Active in the Human Resources community, Brian has a Certified Professional Human Resources (CPHR) designation and is a member in good standing of the Alberta Human Resources Institute of Alberta. Brian is committed to strengthening the human resources profession and upholding the highest standards of practice.
