With years of progressive experience in construction, consulting engineering and project management, Dennis possesses depth and practicality in his practice. Dennis has focused his career on building science, bringing understanding, experience and strong project management skills to all his projects. Dennis has been involved in many of Vancouver’s building science projects including the evaluation, restoration and new design of a variety of buildings, preparation of design and contract documents, as well as contract administration.
Dennis consistently works to develop better methods and tools for managing projects. Dennis developed a New Construction Protocol for RJC that outlines various procedures over the stages of concept review and design, including detailed checklists. Committed to achieving RJC’s promise of creative thinking, practical results, Dennis brings this thinking to help clients. As a senior design technologist, he coordinates a talented group to deliver a wide variety of projects for institutional, recreation, residential and office buildings.
Dennis completed a bachelor degree in construction management and diploma in building technology at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
He is a LEED Accredited Professional and a Certified Passive House Designer and Consultant.
