Joette Decore

BSc, MBA | Executive Principal

Joette has achieved a very successful and consistent record of accomplishment throughout her career. She has a passion for advancing highly engaged teams dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. As Executive Principal, she oversees RJC’s national Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Corporate Programs, Marketing and Communications Teams. She provides leadership to all of RJC and is responsible for the delivery of RJC’s strategic plan.

Her career spans investment banking to management consulting. She has worked as consultant with companies like PriceWaterhouseCooper and RBC Securities. As a management consultant, she helped public and private organizations develop and implement strategies to address leadership and performance challenges and improve profitability. She was Executive Vice President, Strategy and Development, for Stuart Olson (now Bird) where she led mergers and acquisitions, strategy, corporate communications, and human resources.

She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University and a MBA from the University of Alberta. She currently serves as Chair of the Board for the University Hospital Foundation and on Norquest College’s Board of Governors. She is Co-Chair of the Red Tape Reduction Committee for the Alberta Government.
