Matthew Lipiec

Matthew is bright, ambitious and hardworking; he delivers a high level of service at every stage of a project. He focuses on constructability, quality and optimized performance in all his designs. People enjoy working with Matthew, his holistic approach, creativity, and depth of knowledge are valuable assets for all projects.

With strong design and detailing expertise for structural glass facades and unitized curtain walls he has delivered enclosure designs throughout North America. His experience includes dozens of high-rise tower glass façade designs in New York, Chicago, Milwaukee, Houston, Toronto and Calgary. His recent work includes The ONE, The WELL, The HUB and Texas Tower. In addition to modern unitized façades, Matthew is well versed with multitudes of cladding and roofing/waterproofing systems.

Matthew obtained his Bachelor and Masters degrees at the University of Toronto, focusing on structural design, building science and engineering economics. He completed Technische Universitat Dresden’s Structural Glass Design course, and is Level II Certified in Infrared Thermography. Matthew is also a member of Façade Tectonics Research Committee.
