Paul Fritze
BASc, P.Eng. | Associate
Paul understands the principles behind structural restoration and how they can be applied practically to situations which arise in every project. Clients value his personable and organized approach to projects. He takes pride in his work, and takes time to understand his clients’ needs and business. He strives to meet his clients’ requirements through appropriate maintenance and repair to improve their existing properties.
Paul has taken an active role in the investigation and rehabilitation of pre-cast, post-tensioned, and normally reinforced concrete structures. He is also experienced in utilizing structural steel and wood framed design to provide creative solutions a variety of existing building challenges. His work includes being the site representative for one of the largest post-tensioning rehabilitation projects undertaken by RJC Toronto, and the structural engineer for various renovation projects.
He graduated from the University of Toronto with a bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. He successfully completed the CSC sanctioned "Certified Construction Contract Administrator Level 1 and 2" and PSMJ Project Management Boot Camp, and delivers technical presentations on the investigation and rehabilitation of post tensioned structures to industry organizations.
