Metrotower III
Metrotower III represents the third and final phase in the Metrotower Office Complex in Burnaby, BC.
Metrotower III is a 29-storey, AAA-class office tower that provides tenants with panoramic views of downtown Vancouver, the north shore mountains, the Gulf Islands and Mount Baker.
The tower was the first project in Canada to be pre-certified LEED® Platinum (Core and Shell).
RJC was also the Structural Engineer-of-Record for the Metrotower Office Complex on Metrotower I & II.
