$148M renovation and redevelopment project for Oxford Properties.

The South Tower was converted from hotel and office space into luxury rental apartments.

This redevelopment included a new free-standing elevator and stair core against the north face of the South Tower.

The second floor of the south tower was also redeveloped for retail loading, and the bar/lounge was renovated.

The ground floor of the North Tower was renovated to internalize loading docks for the development.
