After a lengthy search for a structural consultant in New York, the owners chose to award this project to RJC’s Vancouver office.
RJC delivered an ultra-efficient design using six and a half inch slabs and very thin columns.

Executive Hotel Le Soleil New York is located one block from The Empire State Building in midtown Manhattan, and is the first expansion project of the Hotel Le Soleil brand.
The new luxury 22-storey hotel is a sister hotel to the exclusive Hotel Le Soleil Vancouver, named by Resorts & Great Hotels Magazine as “one of the Top 100 Hotels in the World.” The building features 163 rooms and suites.
