Ryan Coles

BSc, P.Eng., LCCI | Principal

Ryan spends the most of his time with RJC Calgary’s Building Science and Restoration team helping building owners better understand what they own, what has gone wrong with their building, what may go wrong, and where to go from here. Ryan believes in long-term repair strategies that require minimal maintenance in order to reduce costs over the lifecycle of a building.

Ryan is responsible for a wide variety of projects and services at RJC including the assessment and rehabilitation of structures, building envelope, roofs, post-tensioned systems, fall protection and parking facilities. He has established himself as a trusted advisor for condominium Boards and property managers across southern Alberta. He is responsive, approachable, and works to answer questions proactively, providing answers in a common language for anyone to understand.

He received his engineering degree at the University of New Brunswick, the first engineering school established in Canada. He is the President of the Canadian Condominium Institute (CCI)Southern Alberta Chapter, which represents over 6000 Condominium owners among many other industry stakeholders.
