As Prime Consultant, RJC provided design and field review services for masonry restoration and window preservation projects for the 100 year old, Central Elementary School, in Kelowna.

As Prime Consultant, RJC provided design and field review services for masonry restoration and window preservation projects for the 100 year old, Central Elementary School, in Kelowna.

This rehabilitation project was designed to meet the City of Kelowna's objective to preserve and protect heritage resources of historical significance to the City, as well as conform to the Standards and Guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada.

The project received an "Honours Award" from Heritage BC, as well as an award from the Masonry Institute of BC.
