Located in downtown Kelowna, 555 Fuller Avenue is a housing project with Pathways Abilities Society and BC Housing Corporation.

The six-storey building contains studio, one and two-bedroom apartments.

The first-storey is concrete while the remainder is wood-frame.

The total building area is approximately 88,000 sq. ft. RJC collaborated with the project team to develop efficient framing schemes that accommodate the building design requirements, including integration of requirements arising from BC Energy Step Code Level 3 for the project.

RJC also provided Building Enclosure Design services, integrating thermal insulation requirements, airtightness and rainscreen cladding systems.
