The 68,000 sq. ft. Leonard and Stuart student residences at Queen’s University’s main campus provides beds for 271 students on eight floors in a mixed gender environment.

The washrooms are laid out so that they are shared between two Single Plus Rooms each.

Each wing of the building has common rooms equipped with televisions and a full kitchen.

The building’s bedrooms and shared spaces are accessible to residents with wheelchairs.

The facility was designed with LEED Silver design guidelines in mind.
