House provides residence rooms for Queen’s University’s upper year students.

The 104,000 sq. ft. residence provides beds for 340 students on six floors.

The washrooms are laid out so that they are shared between two Single Plus Rooms each.

The residence features a ground floor common lounge and lobby area, café and dining area and storage service areas.The building’s bedrooms and shared spaces are accessible to residents with wheelchairs.

The facility was designed to LEED Silver guidelines.
