The proposed area had very poor soil conditions and our engineers investigated several structural concepts to ensure satisfactory structural performance will be adhered to within the budgetary constraints.

Value engineering of the concepts for the development ensured the project stayed on budget, while maintaining the overall vision of this unique and exciting development.
