Hudson Walk, Phase one, is a 15-storey mixed-use rental tower with a commercial ground floor situated at the Hudson District in downtown Victoria's north end.

The building includes 100 one- and two-bedroom apartments, gym, amenity lounge and an underground parkade that includes over 200 stalls.

The reinforced concrete structure primarily consists of flat plate slabs including the parkade.

The building incorporates two flat plate transfer floors at the main and third floor.

Flat plate two-way transfer slabs were used to assist in reducing the overall height of the building to allow one extra level within the building height requirements. The extended podium structure is a mix of one-way slab and slab band floor structures.

The lateral force resisting systems is provided by a ductile concrete core in the tower and moderately ductile concrete cores within the podium and below.
