Through the preliminary site investigation, site conditions were found to be very challenging and that the site was contaminated.

Due to these findings, the original project design with one-level of underground parking was no longer possible.
Working with the project vision to overcome the challenging soil and groundwater conditions, RJC provided a practical pile supported foundation solution to respond to these factors for an upscale dealership that aligned with the client’s goals.
