A Design Engineer in the Toronto Structural Engineering (STR) group, Leanne received numerous nominations for the 2019 Rick Banman Mentorship Award in recognition of her passion, commitment and willingness to always provide guidance and mentorship to those around her.

Well respected and admired, Leanne is known for her patience, cheerful attitude and leading by example with those she works with. She is very hands-on and engaging and believes that only true collaboration and information sharing will yield a great creative work environment. Leanne’s focus on solving problems and mentoring those around her have earned her a reputation as a strong leader and her colleagues consider her to be “... a great example of someone at RJC who aligns with the six guiding principles.”
