RJC Principal Ryan Coles received the Canadian Condominium Institute’s (CCI) new designation, Leader of the Canadian Condominium Institute (LCCI). The designation recognizes leaders in Canada’s condominium industry who are active and contribute to the CCI.

Wood Design & Building magazine announces the winning projects of the 38th annual Wood Design & Building Awards program. The influential awards program recognizes and celebrates the outstanding work of visionaries around the world who achieve excellence in wood architecture.

The City of Guelph received a Lieutenant Governor’s Ontario Heritage Award for Excellence in Conservation for The Adaptive Reuse of the F.M. Woods Waterworks Building. The awards committee noted that this project is among a range of recipients that represent the best and most exciting approaches to heritage conservation in Ontario. RJC provided building envelope and structural consulting services, working closely with the prime consultant and architect, Baird Sampson Neuert.
