The National Trust’s Awards honour contributions to community, identity and sense of place. At this year’s awards, RJC Engineers (RJC), together with the cSPACE team, was a proud recipient of the Ecclesiastical Insurance Cornerstone Award for the cSPACE King Edward School project, in Category A: projects completed between 2012 and 2017 that have creatively renewed or transformed historic places or landscapes for new uses. 

On October 23rd in Ottawa, consulting engineers from across Canada gathered to attend the 50th annual Canadian Consulting Engineering (CCE) Awards Gala.

On October 18, 2018, the two-day National Trust Conference kicked off in New Brunswick at the Fredericton Convention Center. The conference is Canada’s largest heritage learning and networking event and is hosted in a different region of Canada every year. Ranging from professionals and planners, policy makers, advocates, students, to elected officials, this national conference brings together a wide-range of people keeping Canada’s heritage alive, this year’s conference explored the theme of “Opportunity Knocks: Heritage as a Social, Economic and Placemaking Force”.
