Pedro uses his core understanding of structures and rehabilitation methods in his daily work on site and in the office. He implements ideas and proven processes effectively and has the knowledge and background to know when and where to apply what he has learned. Pedro’s clients value his approach and consider him a trusted advisor when any need for their building arises. He is personable and treats everyone on the project team with respect. Contractors find Pedro to be thorough when reviewing their work but all have commented they he remains fair and ready to work together to find solutions to any situation that may arise.
He has a strong technical understanding of the engineering, dedicating himself to understanding the principles of structural restoration work and waterproofing. His on site knowledge and ability to communicate with and work with Contractors is one of his strongest attributes. Pedro provided site representation for one of the largest parking garage reconstruction projects undertaken by RJC’s Toronto office. He has also provided construction review for projects outside of Toronto, including in Ottawa, Hamilton, Peterborough and St. Catharines.
Pedro graduated from the Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology’s Engineering Technology program. He has completed the Construction Specifications Canada (CSC) Certified Construction Contract Administrator Level 1 and 2.
